Joel Androphy obtained 4 acquittals of a prominent cancer doctor accused of insurance fraud

Joel Androphy won acquittals of four separate indictments against Dr. Khaled Jabboury, a prominent oncologist in Texas, for insurance fraud involving billing for the cancer drug Herceptin.  The jury took less than an hour to return a not guilty verdict.
